Participants must write their registration number. Participants shall present their posters to audience via Twitter (@cefmc2020).
Poster presenters are requested to pin their poster tweet to @cefmc2020, so that their poster is easy to find.
After posting the official poster, the participants are encouraged to highlight their work on the poster thread and introduce themselves, not exceeding 150 characters! Feel free to add supporting poster information to the thread as well.
Poster session will start on Wednesday, June 17 at 10:00 a.m. IST. Participants may continue displaying posters on Twitter till the end of the conference.
Some posters from the Twitter session will be shortlisted and communicated to the presenters on 18th and 19th by 05:00 p.m., for Flash Presentations during the symposium on June 19th and 20th, respectively.
Best Poster Award winners will be selected from the Flash Presentations and announced in the closing session on 20th.
Event Guidelines
Twitter: Set Twitter profile to public for the duration of the poster session event – 10:00 a.m. IST June 17 to 10:00 a.m. IST June 19. Presenters may display posters till the end of the conference.
Tag @cefmc2020 and use one or more of the appropriate subclasses, #SolidForms, #FrameworkMaterials, #MechanicalProperties, #Methods on your official poster tweet.
Flash Presentations: If you are shortlisted for Flash Presentations session on 19th or 20th June, you shall be prepared to quickly send us the presentation slides with short notice (see guidelines below).
Each presenter will be given 3 minutes time.
Judging
Judging will be conducted through the comment thread on your poster by our event judges.
Please block and report spurious comments (if any) on your poster.
Posters by senior scientists those who do not come under the category of “student” will not be judged by default.

Poster Guidelines
Your poster should be uploaded as an image. JPEG, PNG and GIF are compatible with Twitter.
Maximum image size 5 MB.
While the recommended image dimensions are 2:1 aspect ratio for landscape, you can use standard poster dimensions (A4, A0) as long as the content is legible (font size 12-16 for A4 and 50-60 for A0). Use of Videos and/or animations are encouraged in the poster or supporting Tweets.
Please be mindful of appropriate permissions while presenting copyright images.
Responsibility for the data rests on the presenter.
Flash Presentation Guidelines
Oral Flash Presentation should contain maximum of 3 slides: i) One Title Slide, containing, poster no, title of the Poster, your affiliation, acknowledgement, group’s photo (if any), etc., ii) Two Work Slides with introduction, results, conclusion, etc. Presenters will not be allowed to exceed the slide limit.
Rules of Conduct
Organizers will not tolerate inappropriate behavior and online harassment of any kind.
Comments that demean another person due to his or her gender, race, religion, ethnicity, age or disability will not be tolerated.
Review of such allegations will be conducted on a case by case basis. Perpetrators can face temporary/permanent ban from the online symposium. Their Twitter/Zoom accounts will also be blocked/reported.
Organizers always expect the participants to abide by this code during the symposium.

Participation Certificates will be provided to all who attended at least 90% of the lectures.
